Myrtles Place provides short term, medium term and respite accommodation, situated close to the Mackay Base Hospital and other amenities. The home is intended to add benefits to the participants and their daily lives especially those who are transitioning from hospital while awaiting suitable accommodation.
Whether it's used for overnight respite, short, medium term care all participants are supported in an environment that promotes growth, encouragement as well as respects their choices.
OneLife NQ also provides other services including:
• facilitating lifestyle choices
• home support
• community participation
• leisure and recreational activities
OneLife NQ is also able to provide accessible vehicles, accompanied by trained staff, giving participants the opportunity to get out and about in the community.
