CAFSS (Community And Family Support Services)- assessment, treatment planning, interventions, case management, support and referral either in own home, office or other safe place.
SOS (Street Outreach Service) - mobile patrol engaging individuals on the street who are experiencing harm associated with alcohol and other drug use, homelessness and mental health issues.
MOSHPIT (Mobile Outreach Support Health Project by Integrated Teams) - provides a unique mobile outreach and health service to substance affected people including young people at risk of homelessness and disadvantaged groups in inner city Brisbane and includes onboard nurses and health workers.
