Established in 2021 by David Castle-Burns, Rediscover Physio is a growing Sunshine Coast health service. Practicing out of Oz Fitness Coolum allows us to commit to delivering high quality physiotherapy services. Rediscover Physio offers exceptional one on one individualised physiotherapy services such as: "hands on therapy" treatment, gym based strengthening inside the gym and hydrotherapy.
