With Grace Therapy is a passionate team of mental health social workers and disability social workers experienced at delivering counselling, social work interventions and supervision to social workers and human service professionals. We support people with evidence based and creative ways to navigating difficult circumstances and working with people through therapy to build their capacity to take control of their lives, feelings and emotions once again. Our primary areas of expertise include mental health, disability, and eating disorders working with children, teens and adults.
Our services can be accessed through NDIS Plans, Medicare (mental health care plans, eating disorder treatment plans), Home Care Packages, Workcover, self funded and Open Arms.

We are under 10kms from Brisbane city, have a bus stop close by and parking on site around the corner at 10 Nundah Street, Kedron (right off the main road). You can access our lift from the carpark and we are the first door you see on G floor.

For referrals under Medicare via a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDP) you will need a referral from you GP.
NDIS + HCP referrals, please complete our referral form.
Veterans counselling - Open Arms referral required
