The HACC Program provides services to frail aged, younger people with disabilities, and their carers, providing a range of basic support and maintenance services to enable them to live independantly in their own homes within the community.

HACC provides services to all eligible people in Queensland including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and people from Cultural and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds.
Home Assist Secure is a separate program run through the Department of Housing. The service provides free information and referrals about home maintenance, falls prevention, repairs and modifications and home security. Subsidised assistance for monir home maintenance, repairs and modifications which relate to health, safety and security, is also available for eligible clients.
