Sharehouse Youth Programs is a Townsville-based, not-for-profit organisation that works with young people (16-25 years) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Crisis & Transitional Accommodation: Sharehouse can provide crisis and transitional accommodation while working with young people, through case management, to gain the skills to be independent and find stable, long-term accommodation.
Mobile Outreach Support: Sharehouse has a Mobile Outreach Support service to help clients maintain their current tenancy, find stable long term accommodation or become independent, self-reliant and connected to appropriate social and community supports.
Step into Success: Sharehouse helps young people aged 15 – 25 years gain skills and supports to find work. Throughout the workshop we will assist with resume preparation and writing, job interview skills, employability skills such as working in a team, problem solving, self management, planning and organising.
