St John Transport Access Project is HACC (Home and Community Care) funded and assists people who have difficulty accessing public or other forms of transport - primarily the frail aged, people with a disability and their carers.
Covers north side Brisbane to Redcliffe. Over 65 years or under 65 years on a DSP.

Live independently on the North Side of the Brisbane River, do not have Taxi Subsidy Vouchers, can no longer drive a car, have difficulty using public transport, can transfer in and out of the vehicle on your own.
