Myhealth Ashmore Plaza opened in July 2015. Taking over the site of Ashmore Plaza Medical Centre, it still offers the comprehensive and holistic care for which it has been known over the years and we extend a warm welcome to Dr Farhad Azadzamany and his colleagues to the Myhealth family.
Fees
For Saturdays, ALL consults are privately billed with a $40 gap fee after medicare rebate (including recalls, results, children and concession card holders).
PLEASE NOTE: Dr Phillip Myers is a fully private billing doctor. Fees will apply for all the patients and reduced gap fee of $30 for concession card holders.
Skin Check Appointment
Private Fees apply for most skin check appointments.
Spot Check $85 and Full Body Skin Check $130 (before medicare rebate).
