We are committed to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to live free from family violence and/or sexual assault in the State of Queensland, Australia.
We are a not-for-profit Legal Service that provides free culturally appropriate support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities suffering from the direct and indirect effects of family violence and sexual assault.
We have adopted a holistic, wrap-around service delivery model that prioritise Legal Service delivery while recognising and addressing the interrelated non-legal issues. We are committed to providing a culturally sensitive, safe and accessible service.

You self-identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, and who is accepted as such by the relevant Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community OR You are a non-Aboriginal and/or non-Torres Strait Islander person and our services will provide direct and substantial benefit to an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person for example, when children are involved.
