Emergency Service
The Marie Rose Centre is an outpost of the Redland Hospital emergency department. It provides triage, care, and transfer of patients to mainland facilities in conjunction with Queensland Ambulance Service as appropriate. During business hours, the centre is staffed by a Queensland Health registered nurse. There is also a Queensland Health registered nurse 'on-call' after hours for emergencies. A doctor is available should the nurse require their assistance. The centre number is diverted to 13 health after hours, the on call nurse can attend for emergencies via a call bell at the front door.
The Marie Rose Centre provides the following outpatient services: Basic Radiology, Child Health, Rural midwifery group practice
Office Hours are: Mon to Sunday 9am to 4pm
