The Baby Calmer aka Anne Thistleton (BEd MREd MCouns Grad Dip Nut Med - MH SEP) is a qualified Infant and Early Years Somatic Sleep Therapist, Infant & Early Years Parenting Consultant & Educator, Individual, Parenting, Family & Relationships Counsellor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Somatic Touch Practitioner, Play Therapist, Craniosacral Practitioner, Nutritionist - Mental Health, Clinical Birth Trauma Therapist, Sandplay Therapist.
The Baby Calmer offers a unique range of clinic, telephone, email, online and in-home services to provide therapeutically nurturing, safe and gentle support, practical guidance and effective solutions to parents of infants, toddlers and young children who are seeking assistance with one or more of the following: an infant, toddler or young child's sleep challenges; an inconsolable, colicky, unsettled, reflux or high needs baby; a toddler or young child's behaviour challenges; the impact of a traumatic or unexpected birth experience; pre and postnatal depression; PTSD;
counselling services.
Newborn Clinic for mothers with babies aged from birth to 12 weeks.
Private Sleep Centre - day-stay, over-night and weekly service available.
Online services available.
In-home and online newborn support and somatic sleep therapy services available.
